Evelyn holds an Honours and Master of Optometry degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia. She is a senior consultant optometrist at IGARD. Evelyn has a special interest in Behavioural Optometry and Vision Therapy.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Optometry (Honours) degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia. She is a senior consultant optometrist at IGARD. Mandy has a special interest in contact lenses.

Tiong holds an Honours and Master degree from UMIST (Manchester) and Imperial College in London. Besides working on Paediatric Optometry and Vision Therapy at IGARD, he is an occasional part-time lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic and honorary lecturer of the University of Manchester. He has a special interest in visual neurophysiology and psychophysics. He is a member of the Australian College of Behavioural Optometry and the American College of Optometrists in Vision Development.
